How it works
A clear, well-lit photo of the tooth that's bothering you. Front-on is best. Natural light helps. The scan takes about 45 seconds, needs no insurance form, and your photo is not stored without consent.
Triage, not diagnosis
The scan is a screening read on what's visible in a photo, not an exam. It can't see between teeth, under the gumline, or inside the tooth; a dentist with X-rays can. Use it to decide whether to go, never to decide to skip. When a photo is too blurry or dark to read, it says so instead of guessing.
