These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and TOOTHDOQ LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, doing business as ToothDoQ ("ToothDoQ," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the ToothDoQ platform at toothdoq.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
ToothDoQ provides a dental care marketplace and practice tools that connect patients with dental providers, facilitate appointment booking and payments, and offer related features. ToothDoQ is a technology platform and is not a provider of dental or medical care.
ToothDoQ is opening area by area. During this early-access period, appointment booking and dentist discovery may be limited or unavailable in your area, and joining the waitlist reserves a place but does not guarantee service availability, timing, or coverage. We currently operate across the United States, except California and Washington.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
Fees for subscriptions, add-ons, and services are described at the point of purchase and processed by our third-party payment processor. Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled in accordance with the plan terms.
With your consent, ToothDoQ sends transactional text messages (e.g., appointment reminders and account notifications) to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details on how SMS data is handled.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to access data without authorization, disrupting the service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ToothDoQ does not provide medical or dental advice; all clinical decisions are made by licensed providers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToothDoQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
